- Administered as a two-dose series at 2 months and 4 months of age.
- Administered as a three-dose series at 2, 4, and 6 months of age.
- Rotavirus vaccination can begin at 6 weeks of age.
- The first dose should be given before 15 weeks of age.
- There should be at least a 4-week interval between the first and second doses.
- Depending on the vaccine brand, infants require either a 2-dose or 3-dose series.
- The two-dose series should be completed by 24 weeks of age
- The entire vaccination series must be completed before 8 months of age.
