Join and Win!! Clinic One Lockdown Contest
Last updated on April 4th, 2020 at 04:47 am
THE WHOLE COUNTRY IS IN LOCKDOWN BUT NOT EVERYTHING IS CANCELLED!!!
‘Creativity is not canceled’
‘Imagination is not canceled’
‘Responsibility isn’t canceled’
‘Hope isn’t canceled’
With this belief we ‘Clinic One’ have organized three different contests for both adults and kids to be productive even at home. We have created this opportunity to spread awareness about the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic in a creative and fun way. Staying home and doing nothing can make everyone feel anxious and dull, especially children who are at the stage of exploring their creativity and imagination skills. Thus, with our initiative, parents can spend quality time with their child with an outcome that is purely educational and rewarding.
Here are our three initiatives:
ESSAY WRITING CONTEST FOR KIDS
It is necessary for children to understand what is going on in the world right now and it is the responsibility of a parent to communicate these matters with their child.
Rules:
- The participating child must not be over the Grade 10 level of study.
- You can write in English or Nepali, whichever language you feel comfortable.
- Parents & family members are highly encouraged to help their child but the essay must be written by the child him/herself.
- The essay must be handwritten on paper and a photo of the essay, a photo of the child writing the essay and a 10-second video must be submitted to enter the contest.
- For submission, Email us at info@clinicone.com.np or Inbox us on our social media channels along with
- Child’s Name, Grade, Age
- Guardian’s Name, Contact Number, and Email.
HAND WASH VIDEO MAKING CONTEST
Washing hands is the best practice to protect from the COVID-19. There are several steps to proper handwashing techniques.
Following the WHO (World Health Organization)’s #safehands challenge, we at Clinic One ourselves have also participated and encourage everyone to participate in this challenge.
Rules:
- Anyone can participate
- Follow WHO guidance on:
http://bit.ly/WHOHandRubbing

PAINTING CONTEST FOR KIDS
This contest is for all the future artists out there. Painting is an amazing way to express your feelings that you cannot describe with words.
With this contest, we want to view a child’s perspective on how to save the world from the current situation.
Rules:
- The participating child must not be over the Grade 10 level of study.
- Parents & family members are highly encouraged to help their child but the painting must be by the child him/herself.
- The photo of the painting, a photo of the child while painting and a short video must be submitted.
- For submission, Email us at info@clinicone.com.np or Inbox us on our social media channels along with
- Child’s Name, Grade, Age
